Mal McCallion, raterAgent
"Uncoated have worked with us since we formally launched in April 2015 and have done a brilliant job. From website consultancy to marketing and SEO, we've been able to utilise exceptional expertise in ensuring that our launch has developed into thousands of visits to the site and tens of thousands of revenue. If you're looking for a partner that has great experience for such a young company - and therefore brings understanding of business allied with commercial acumen - Uncoated is the company you need."
We started helping raterAgent from their formal launch to get them set off on the right foot. This helped them grow extremely quickly in their first few months and make a large impact on their tough to break target market of estate and letting agents.
Fast Growth in a matter of months
The main aim for us was to get raterAgent growing, and fast! We did this via many different means; like social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and much more. You can see just how they have grown below:
Social media marketing
Helping to run their social accounts was a large factor in their success. We did weekly, monthly, and soon an annual social media campaign that their customers and potential customers loved getting involved with.
Testimonial Tuesday is a weekly event where any estate or letting agent can tweet in pictures of their testimonials for a chance to win an A4 framed certificate. The agent's loved this as it means getting recognition for their hard work, and celebrating their success.
#EstateAgentOfTheMonth and #LettingAgentOfTheMonth
The monthly awards reward agents who are getting amazing reviews on raterAgent. Every agent on the site is entered, all they need to do is get lots of great reviews - winners receive the beautiful glass awards below.
Agent of the Year
The Agent of the Year award works the same way as the monthly award, but it is split into areas and calculated over the year and not the month.
Effective email marketing
We created emailshots for raterAgent to send out to their database. The point of these emails was to keep their customers up to date with raterAgent news and to market the product to new audiences.
